This comes soon after the launch of the”ASCEND” remix record.
ILLENIUM has launched a group of edits in last year’s ASCEND excursion.
ILLENIUM’s four-track EP gives listeners a chance to relive one of the most exciting excursions . The EP opens with his erratic rework of”Broken Ones” featuring Anna Clendening, that includes a heavy yet minimalistic fall that transforms into a psytrance heater. He continues to impress expertly combining”Crashing (feat. Bahari)” with Blanke and 1788-L‘s glitchy midtempo tune”Destiny.”
His second edit, also a mash-up of his own radio hit”Good Things Fall Apart” with Jon Bellion and his alliance with Said The Sky and Annika Wells,”Sad Songs,” clocks in at just over half an hour plus promptly unites Wells’ and Bellion’s distinctive vocals. Finally, ILLENIUM rounds out the EP by turning”Gorgeous” with Blanke and Bipolar Sunshine and”All Together” featuring OEKIIN to a brief but sweet dubstep bruiser.
Does this EP give fans an opportunity to follow edits that formerly could only be viewed live, but additionally, it gives them a better place to reminisce about the memories the tour attracted them and bring a taste of live dancing music into their houses.
ILLENIUM has been unstoppable since releasing his debut record Ashes in 2016. Even the Denver-based artist has released two albums in addition to collaborated with a few of the most obvious names in dance music, such as The Chainsmokers, Zeds Dead, Excision, and Gryffin. Last month, ILLENIUM published a remix package for his third record ASCEND, which comprised reworks from musicians like SLANDER, Alan Walker, WHIPPED CREAM, and many more.
